The Guidance Center’s Parents as Teachers team up with the St. Marys Public Library for a social playgroup time with stories, songs, crafts and snacks. Jan. 25: Snowman Stories (Frosty) February 1: Penguin Stories “If You were a Penguin” 1 book for each family February 8: Love and Hugs for Valentines Day February 15: The Goodnight Storytime February 22: Moods and Feelings March 1: Dr. Seuss’s Birthday Nose & Toes Dance March 8: Manners “Say Please” Stories March 15: Rainbows, Bunnies and Leprechauns March 22: “Where’s my Mommy” Stories March 29: “Who’s Hatching” and Egg Hunting April 19: Treasure Hunt Storytime “What a Treasure” 1 book for each family |
Mondays - Two sessions Session 1: 10-11 a.m. Session 2: 6:30-7:30 p.m. *Note: There is no playgroup scheduled April 5th, Easter Monday or April 12th. *Note: One Book, Every Young Child programs will be offered February 1 and April 19: a PA collaborative program to encourage Parents and Caregivers to read, interact, and promote early literacy skills to toddlers and preschoolers. In collaboration with the Success by Six Program, the St. Marys Public Library will be collecting used books for children ages birth through 6 years old. All donated books must be clean, in good condition, and age appropriate for children age 6 and under. |

School age children will interact and create an individual craft to take home each month under the direction of Art Teacher Amy Reed. Craft supplies will be provided.
